Mirsaf Mart Australia provides free tracked delivery to eligible addresses throughout Australia.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days. This is the delivery window displayed at checkout and is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Remote destinations, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If an exceptional product-specific estimate differs, it will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Order processing and fulfilment
Mirsaf Mart Australia coordinates every order through our fulfilment and delivery network. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels at no additional delivery charge.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed to the address used at checkout after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement. If an order travels in separate parcels, more than one tracking number may be provided.
Delivery address
Please enter and review your delivery address carefully before payment. If you notice an error, email mirsafmart@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We will try to help, but an address usually cannot be changed after fulfilment has started.
If a parcel is returned because the supplied address was incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed, reasonable redelivery costs may apply.
Delays, lost parcels and damage in transit
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel is significantly outside the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the fulfilment or delivery provider.
If goods are lost or damaged, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
