These Terms of Service apply when you access or purchase from mirsafmart.com.au, operated by Mirsaf Mart Australia. By using the store, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Store use
You must use the store lawfully, must not interfere with its security or operation, and must provide accurate information when placing an order.
Products and information
We aim to present descriptions, images, specifications, availability and colours accurately. Screen settings and product updates can cause minor differences. If a product is materially different, faulty or not as described, your consumer rights apply.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Free tracked delivery is available to eligible Australian addresses.
Orders and delivery
We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days but is not a guaranteed arrival date. Mirsaf Mart Australia coordinates orders through its fulfilment and delivery network, and multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Returns, refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by these terms.
Third-party services
Our store may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other service providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, store branding, original text, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to Mirsaf Mart Australia.
